Her first startup was established in 2012 in the field of Melanoma detection, based on an algorithm she developed.

In the past six years she has been working for Mazor Robotics in multiple roles including R&D projects management, Product and Project management roles and was the first employee of the innovation department.
She led several products in the field of neurosurgery and predictive analytics from concept to launch.

Shlomit holds a B.Sc. In biomedical engineering, and an MBA in technology management, innovation and entrepreneurship.

A seasoned C-level executive with deep technological background . Responsible for leading the data science and machine learning research, technical innovation, and product development. Benny brings 25 years of research and development experience in the fields of signal processing, data science, and deep learning/AI as well as system engineering and design experience in both international corporates (Intel, Samsung, Elbit) and successful startups (Kagoor Networks, Siliquent Technologies, Kayhut).

A board certified anesthesiologist and seasoned senior physician executive with 20+ years of clinical leadership, startup and healthcare informatics experience.

Prior to working with Predicta Med, Dr. Underberger served as Senior Medical Director at Medial EarlySign and has also served as the chief medical officer and clinical solution executive for both McKesson and Change Healthcare’s Software & Analytics Divisions.

He also founded and successfully exited two medical software companies.

Dr. Underberger received his MD at George Washington University School of Medicine, completed his anesthesia residency at the University of Arizona and was in private practice in St. Louis before deciding to trade his anesthesia machine for a PC.

Raz has over 20 years in the technology and healthcare industries.
He brings global experience in enterprise solutions from a variety of companies ranging from large corporates such as Stanley Healthcare and Motorola to early-stage startup companies.
Most recently, Raz led Product Management and Business Development at Owlytics Healthcare.  Prior to Owlytics Raz worked at STANLEY Healthcare for 7 years.
He joined Stanley Healthcare as part of the acquisition of AeroScout, where he led Product Management and was responsible for all company’s products and solutions.
He holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business and earned Electrical & Electronic Engineering degree, Manga Cum Laude, from HIT-Israel.

Michael obtained his MD and PhD in neuroscience from Weill Cornell Medical College. During his doctoral work, Michael performed and published original research using functional MRI to examine the neural correlates of self-control in the brain. Following his MD-PhD, he joined K Health as a medical domain expert where he interfaced between medical domain knowledge and data science. At K, Michael developed a tool for medical quality assessment, planned the centralization of patient medical information and curated medical ontologies. Michael also holds a degree in linguistics obtained on a Fulbright research scholarship at the University of Toulouse.

Tanya worked as a full-stack developer for two years at ALPHA10X, an AI startup in the life science domain. She later became the team leader for the full-stack team.

Prior to that, Tanya served in the Israeli Air Force for eight years as a system engineer and project manager, where she led high-budget IT projects. Afterward, she worked for Elbit Systems for one year as a system engineer on a large electro-optical project.

She holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Braude collage and a master’s degree in Industrial Design from the Technion, specializing in medical devices.

Tanya is passionate about using technology to make a positive impact on people’s lives.

Dimid is a seasoned Data Scientist and developer, with a track record of taking projects from inception to production. He has experience in domains such as FinTech, clinical trials, and real-estate, inter alia.

Organizer of Rails Girls Jerusalem, and a public speaker. An aficionado of clean code and functional programming.

Tom is a data scientist specializing in NLP and information retrieval. Prior to joining PredictaMed, he worked on retrieval-augmented generation pipelines for multilingual question-answering tasks. He has experience designing and implementing retrieval engines, fine-tuning language models, and architecting evaluation and benchmarking frameworks.
He holds dual B.Sc. degrees in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Physics from Tel Aviv University and is currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Astrophysics, researching unsupervised anomaly detection techniques.
