Her first startup was established in 2012 in the field of Melanoma detection, based on an algorithm she developed.

In the past six years she has been working for Mazor Robotics in multiple roles including R&D projects management, Product and Project management roles and was the first employee of the innovation department.
She led several products in the field of neurosurgery and predictive analytics from concept to launch.

Shlomit holds a B.Sc. In biomedical engineering, and an MBA in technology management, innovation and entrepreneurship.
