Prior to working at Predicta-Med, Dan has served as a lead data scientist in Clalit Research Institute, one of the leading medical data research centers in Israel. He has led the development and real-world implementation of prediction models for COVID-19, Influenza, different types of cancer, and other various diseases. These models were used by hundreds of physicians as decision support tools for determining patients’ personal risk.

Dan has also been at the forefront of the fight against COVID-19 in Israel, as a member of a research group that provided data and consultation for the Israeli government.

For this work, he was nominated for Forbes Israel 30 Under 30.
